Cover 책 14장에 보면 Network information이라는 chapter가 있습니다. 그 chapter에서는 multiple access channel, broadcast channel 등에서 발생하는 문제를 푸는데요. 제가 궁금한 것은 용어입니다. 'Degraded Broadcast Channels' Definition1. A broadcast channel is said to be physically degraded if p(y1,y2|x)=p(y1|x)p(y2|y1) Definition2. A broadcast channel is said to be stochastically degraded if its conditional marginal distributions are the same as that of a physically degraded broadcast channel, i.e. if there exists a distribution p'(y2|y1) such that p(y2|x)=\sum_{y1}p(y1|x)p'(y2|y1). 입니다. 이게 무슨 의미일까염 --a 물리적으로 감이 잘 오지 않습니다. 질문을 드리는 이유는,,, Gaussian broadcast channel은 degraded broadcast channel이고 이 경우 capacity region은 알려져 있다고들 합니다. 아 위의 G.B.C는 송신 안테나가 1개일 경우이고, 송신 안테나가 다수개로 늘어나면, nondegraded가 되어 capacity region이 unknown이라고들 말해서, 의미를 이해하고자 문의를 드립니다. 저도 계속 생각해 보겠습니다. 답변에 미리 감사 드립니다. 좋은 하루 되세요. |
