PLD 할때도 보면 그냥 Ta plate나 stainless steel을 쓰기도 합니다. 그러나, hightemperature melting 같은 실험이 된다고 하면 PBN이나 Pt 로 만든 샘플 홀더를 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. PBN, Pt는 조금 비쌉니다만, Pt를 사용하면 20-30만원대에 만들 수 있습니다. 연속적인 evolution을 관찰하고자 할때는 샘플홀더 밑에 linear motion translator를 사용하는 경우도 있습니다.
