First, "Hangul" won't show up in the keyboard locale menu right after the installation/upgrading. The listed locales are Japanese and other Western languages. So! You'll at first need to go "Region" menu, and have to choose "Korean" from the language list there. Then you can choose Korean from the locale. Seems pretty stable with MS products (MS Word, Outlook Express, etc.) but kind of dissapointed that it doesn't work very well with Netscape Communicator 4.74 (Eng.)... 4.73(Japanese edition) under Win 98 worked just fine with Global IME as it was one of the major improvement in 4.73 to support Global IME protocol...
