Here is the one that I thought could help. 1. Buy a couple of small tape recorders that can run for hours. Those that use small tapes can be manipulated to run hours, and they are pretty cheap. 2. Find a quite and isolated place where I can hide those recoders well in advance. 3. Call him and ask him to come to the place givig him a convincing reason. 4. Turn on the recorders and hide them well before he arrives. 5. When he arrives, tell him about my daughter's current situation expressing worries. Ask how he could possibly do such a thing so that he admits the rape and tries to talk himself out of it. I will make him say things enough to indict him. The goal is to make him fully admit that he commited the rape against my daughter's will. So he should admit that he did it even though my daughter resisted. 6. Make a copy of the tape and take it to the police and sue him. Blackmailing won't help. I want justice!! For my daughter's sake and for my own sake!! Now, a variation of this solution would be to have someone hiding in a closet. But it is dangerous unless done carefully. If a rape counsellor or the police is willing to do it, it might work. But still.... Another footnote: the place needs to be quite and isolated, but must not be a place where he can attack you again. So an outdoor place or a public place (e.g. a quite lounge) would be better.
