Yesterday, my wife and I went to a Esses-fashion shop near my house to buy a jacket and a shirts. Entering the store, I asked the clerk, "Do you do bargain sale today?". I asked so because they do bargain sale in spite of no sign of bragain. The salesclerk said, "Yes, 30%." I looked around and tried several jumper and shirts. There were no jumper of my favor, but I chose one shirt. And while I was looking at some slacks to buy, the clerk whispered to me, "I am terribly sorry, sir, today is not for sale." My wife and I stood agape, and got embarrassed. We, of course, got out of the shop without buying anything not knowing how this could happen. Was it a mistake? Could it even be a mistake? I still don't know. Anyway, I wasted my precious time of about an hour. But, one thing, the clerk promised me, "The sale will be early April, if you come again, I will keep the one you chose for you." Very interesting... Thanks for reading. |
