You rarely find any references to the many Koreans who also died when the bomb hit Japan. Many of these Koreans were forcibly moved to Japan to work there. Not only were they cruelly displaced from theirr homes, but also killed by a bomb that was certainly not intended for them. I wonder whether any Japanese have honestly faced this issue. I haven't been to the atomic museum in Hiroshima, but I am willing to bet my few dollars that there is not any mention of the forced korean laborers who died because of the bomb. Not to mention the total attempt to deflate the comfort girl issue by Japanese leaders. Well, I hope my views are obvious. I eagerely wait comments, rebuttals, or whatever. HYK. |
