I make no claim to try to do so.....it would be foolish for me to attempt that.. However, I still enjoy them, and they affect me in different ways...this cannot be hidden, and I do not have any control over how I feel when I read Korean Literature, see a Korean movie, or listen to a Korean song....It just happens...??? But, I do not know much about why a movie was made, why a poem was written, where is the person that wrote this now?.....I can't appreciate that...you are right!! Jim Paek, Your proposed Asian newspaper is not at all "anti-white". It is refreshing to read a newspaper that is completely Asian, by Asian writers....it gives a solid viewpoint from all those involved... However, I was unclear of the statement "living (an Asian life) is different than just reading/studying about it"......Do you think that if one studies/reads about Asian culture, they consider themselves an expert on the subject?.....Perhaps you have met a "waygook" who thinks he/she knows everything there is to know about Korea/Asia.....???....If so, I, too, am laughing hysterically with all of you!!!!!! I would never make that claim in 1000 years, hah hah, I am merely an OBSERVER of Korean culture...However, sometimes I become intimate with Korean people and I have feelings (ki bun) that only I can have when I am standing on Korean ground (for instance, when I saw Kum Kang San).....this cannot be controlled...
