I read your reply to Charie and found it very enlightening. I also read Charie's original posting and her reply to you. After reading her first posting, I was thinking that her comments were referring to you as well - but wasn't exactly sure. From talking to you on Cancun and seeing you talk with others, I thought you were very nice with that sense of humor too. I remember you greeting people as they came into the chat room and telling them to take a seat. But I don't think there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. It's kinda nice to have someone greeting you and make you feel welcomed in to the conversation. To comment on your reply to Charie, I thought it was a well written piece of work. And you do have a very good English vocabulary, and I don't think you have to apologize for that. And the part about you not using hangul, I think that's your business, and you don't need to explain in detail as to why. As for me, I really like it when people are using English because of my limited Korean vocabulary. Don't get me wrong, I would be more then happy to carry on a conversation in hangul if I could. I guess that's why we have an English BBS for those who are not as well versed as others. Also, when people use hangul in a chat-room, I don't criticize them at all even though I am there as well. If I don't like it, I guess I always have that option to leave. To make a long story short, I think you apologized to her enough. If she's not mature enough to accept it - then tough!
