How credible is Redbook? More credible than Operea or Geraldo? I think women in the 1950's and 60's were just less prone (take that with a grain of salt) to report that they had sexual encounters before marriage. Ku pun man an i ra (to maintain my credibility on KIDS I must use an occasional Korean expression), women today may be OVER-REPORTING on this because it is "the thing to do." Finally, as an astute student of these matters, what would be the equivalent odds for a representative sample of Korean women (and men-if such data exist) during the same time periods. I was in Korea duirng 1963-64....I will be very interested to see your "tae dap." Pang |
