Well, I guess in a sense it is kind of stupid group, but that is one side you can look at it. The other side? well, I think it can be also very good organization. Well, I was in Delta Tau Delta for myself once. Most of things we did was party a lot, drinking, and playing basketball, volleyball and stuffs like that. Oh, one thing, that many of people look at too is getting laid, too I guess. Meeting nice girls in theparty stuffs. hehe Well, it's college. You won't be able to do such things once you get outta school and go to real world. It's moment of your life when you can enjoy such a things. But tone thing I really really liked abot fraternity was the BROTHERHOOD, like sun-hu-be (선후배) relationship that US can't find ain any school except in fraternity. Also, one advantage in academic is you can get all kinds of good materials for your classes like old exam from older brother who took the class. They have academic advisor who keeps all the exams and you can go anytime and get the old exams (which will help you to study a LOT) Well, but again, if you are very studious student who don't like party and like to study all the time, get good grade, it might not be the place foryou. But one thing you should remember, the graduate school administrators also like to see some kind of club activity and stuffs. Well, fraternity is somewhat expensive for student. But again, all Koreans are seems to be so rich and wont' be feeling it's too much. But again, I saw only one other Korean in the fraternity.
