Sure in some contexts they could imply vulgarity, but it's perfectly fine to say "I am getting off at the next stop". If one thinks the above is a problem, then that person might as well stop using "come" as well. Normally (that is, when one is not so leaning toward such contexts) people should not be worrying about these expressions. - give head This expression does not have any other "normal" usage as far as I can tell.
