Ethics is the study of what constitutes good and bad conduct, including related action and values. The term ethics is sometimes used synonymously with morals. It would be more correct, to use the term morals and moral to refer to conduct itself, and terms ethics and ethical to refer to the study of moral conduct. So when we used the word moral, we refer to an action or person insofar as either is considered right or good. When we use the word immoral, we refer to an action or person insofar as either one is considered wrong or bad. |
