When I went over the requirements for the appliation to a * school in Korea, I realized I had to take a Toefl. Easy! I'm living in NYC.. So I searched the test center in the US, found out that there are actually just *several* official test center in the US, none in NYC, not even within 100 miles from here.. What a surprise.. maybe the authorities think nobody in the city will take Toefl.. |
