Recently my company forced that workers should gather a big amount of new subscribers. The goal is too high for me. So far I have reached only 50% of the total amount. So I chose the last resort to paying reward for new customers. What will the result of my resort be ? You can imagine that easily. It brings the financial weakness because new subscribers were paid by my personal subsidy. And today I found out that the situation of world ecomony will be worse and worse due to threats of war and raising oil prices. It means that Korean economy will become weaker. As the following step of the red sign, the company will raise its power toward its employees. What a difficult period ! |
