I felt I hadn't been reading anything lately and I remembered one of my cousins mentioning the book some time ago. The book is about how PR professionals have been and are trying to manipulate public opnion in modern days. It started with some interesting examples (the tobaco industry, Microsoft, etc.) and moved on to the history of the modern PR industry. It's quite an interesting read and makes you think about a lot of things you read and watch in the media. One of the things metioned early in the book was that the best PR these days looks like a news item. Althought I felt that the book was very informative about what you should trust in the media, I also got worried that my already sarcastic personality would become more so after finishing the book, that I won't be able to trust anything at all.
