Anyway, it was a good thought about making this bulletin into a FLO(foreign language only). But that is only good if you understand the language. Being ignorant myself I do not understand French. I don't know what this guest's intention was. It is either he does not understand english, or he just wanted to show off that he can write about love in French. well gotta go now.
