As you know, there is no real winner in every war even if two World War, Batnam, Korean War,... Everything has two side like as coin having a front and back. When i was in U.K last month, saw a program which was discussing about NATO's air strikes. They talked many thing about it. Many people had interview including NATO's spokesman, NATO's general, citizen, politician, and audiance. In the end of that program, they had poll about who is the guilty. Many people thought that NATO have the guilty.(Unfortunately, i can't remember about the percentage.) Anyway, currently Yugo has new problem for reconstructing their country, keeping peace in there.
