Well,English is a language,in fact,most common in the world.I mean everyone wants to learn and speak English.The best way of learning any language is by having an environment in which you can practice.Remember,people learn from mistakes.So we make many mistakes while we learn any foreign language.For koreans,i don't understand why do they feel shy eventhough some people are very good at speaking and understanding english.In my opinion they feel that foreigners can speak better english than koreans,it's not true.You have to be confident that you're 2nd to none in speaking that language. Try to use english as much as possible and at as many places as possible.It'll enhance your vocubulary and will make your pronunciation clear.
