I have so many things to finish and m writing here!! so. we did the dinner.(it is the continued report from my previous posting which written in the morning) We made sushi. I wouldn't imagine I would do that if I was in Korea.. I cooked rice at a sauce pan. not using the cooker. (i am proud of myself here) then I seasoned the rice. We made the little rice ball , put some wa-sa-bi, then covered with raw salmon. It was so fun to make that too. It turned out to be so nice. I wouldn't trade that for anything from fancy jap restaurant. My friend did the slicing fish part. but still I smell like raw salmon. well. now I have at least 3 hours of work and it is already after the midnight. I don't want any more classes.. Maybe I will stay up all night and then go to the morning class tomorrow morning. bad idea. but no choice. I decided to visit home some time this summer. That is the least consolation I can have now. |
