FFA usually end up with 2 guys allying and finishing off everyone. Assuming it is a finite resource hunter, do not fight until at least 4 guys including you left. From then on assuming you are above average player try to balance the power among 4 players by attacking the strongest player or conquring the weakest one. You need at least 2 mining sites to win the game. For terran, I would go for mass goliaths and small tanks. It works almost all cases exept toss carriers. hunter map path are so small, goliaths tend to sux against well controlled carriers. If there are only 3 players left, I chceck out who is the srongest and tend to do mass goli drops on him. For protos, dragon tend to sux against guardian, tank, carriers in this map. dragon goes nuts tring to pass thru small corridors. For defense early, mass cannon + templer + arbiter works wonder against anything. then if you can do mass carriers (at least 8-12 depending on the situation), you win the end game. the hunter map is the carrier map. the difficulty is producingn them until fending off attacking enemies. Protos tend to lose to terran at the end game if no carriers present. That tank push always works wonder even at the end game in the hunter game.
