But '[1]' did not mention 'if', but only contained 'believe'. You 'jumped' from [1-1] to [1] without proving the 'if's. If you derived [1] from [1-1] by proving the 'if's in [1-1], [1] could be a logical conclusion. But you didn't. That's why [1] was illogical while [1-1] was logical.
