You said: Your belief is illogical because you have improper logical reasoning. It is a belief because you did not get to the conclusion with proper logical reasoning, but starting with only possibilities which are not proved. _____ Your oppinion is my belief in travel to Mars is illogical because there's no proper logical reasoning to get conclusion. And the reason for my logic to be improper is, I use "unproved IF clauses". I certainly say that "IF" is one of the logical operations. You concluded that a thought which uses unproved assumption ( viz. "IF...") is improper logical reasoning. As a result of your thought, many of mathematical theorems will be improper logical reasoning because, they start from assumption and uses a lot of assumptions during derivation, which are not proved yet. assumption is simply "IF...". Mathematical theorems are illogical. It sounds strange, don't you? I call 'my travel to Mars' belief because I have not proved yet, but I think that is not illogical because I have proper logical reasoning to get the conclusion. |
