If the belief comes from any ground, maybe it is logical. Maybe it is not. (Be careful with it.) Anything logical is (if it is logical at all) well grounded. Does this mean anything that is 'grounded' is going to be logical? That is not quite true. (This is where Dr. RNB is confused as well, I think.) From Dr. RNB's arguments and his liberal use of belief, it is clear that his 'belief' has no relation whatsoever with logic, other than it utterly lacks logic. (Read: illogical.)
