Inst. of Tech.(SAIT) is looking for a Korean Ph. D. to hire. The person we are looking for is: 1. Korean Ph. D. who majored "NUMERICAL SIMULATION" of chemical vapor deposition/etching (or related) field. 2. Chemistry or chemical engineering background. 3. Experience with fluid dynamics/transport simulation is a plus. 4. Willing to work in industrial field inside Korea. 5. Good experience in computer programming and simulations. The computer facilities at here are excellent. We have a Cray Y-MP 4E next to our office. Within this year, we will have a Intel/Paragon with 256 nodes. Our team consists of three members, a quantum chemist, a Monte Carlo specialist,and a theoretical solid state physicist. We will develop/apply materials simulation code for electronics devices. SAIT is central research center of Samsung corporate. SAIT is located Kihung which is near Suwon and it takes less than an hour from Seoul by car.
