Dumont Associates, Inc., who is an Allen Bradley authorized systems integrator, implements automated control systems. These systems can include a single PLC control systems for equipment packages to multiple PLC and computer packages for complete plant-wide integrated control systems. Dumont Associates' focus on integrated control systems includes; PLC factory floor control, Man Machine Interfaces (MMI), Windows based Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Local Area Networks (LAN), Cell control, and plant mainframe systems. Projects are mostly located throughout the mid-Atlantic East Coast and New England. A sampling of projects include; Pharmaceutical and Biotech validated control processes, Chemical and Fine-Chemical batch and continuous processes, Semiconductor tool control, Extrusion and web lines, Ventilation for the new Ted Williams Tunnel in Boston Hydro-electric dam water control and other utilities. The ideal candidate is a people person with a technical degree and has a positive track record in a position with; Plant experience in a process plant's engineering or maintenance dept., Project engineering experience in an engineering company, and Programmed PLCs, SCADA packages, with some database expertise and Had to make their own programmed control systems designs work.
