Products include polished silicon wafers and epitaxial silicon wafers with diameters of 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 200mm. These position is located in the Midwest at the company's largest manufacturing operation and research center. Relocation assistance is available. Requirements include the following. Please note that these are not entry level positions. School lab experience does not qualify as work experience. At least 2 to 5 years full time process engineering work experience is required, preferably in a batch manufacturing environment. Semiconductor industry experience a big plus. BS or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, Material Science, Ceramic or Electrical Engineering. Top quartile preferred. Good knowledge of statistical analysis. Extensive data analysis experience of process parameters (SPC & DOE). Strong PC skills (spreadsheet, WP, database, e-mail).
