I'd like to inform you that the Samsung Electronics Co. is seeking technically advanced individuals who will work in the Samsung Telecommunications R&D Center in Seoul. The Samsung Telecommunications R&D Center researches and develops telecommunications product such as cellular, paging, telephone switch, etc., and future R&D efforts are focused on digital cellular systems, broadband switching systems, intelligent networks, etc. I am currently with the ATM switching systems group and we are expanding rapidly to compete with American and Japanese companies. ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) is the core technology for the Broadband Integrated Services Digital Network (B-ISDN), and is a new and exciting field with excellent future outlooks. We are looking for computer science and electrical engineers who have working experience in either field. Anyone with at least masters degree are also welcome.
