Good luck! I was lazy to look for a job. One of the friends forwarded me those job opening AD from IBM, and I applied four of them. I took UNLV only because they responded me first. The rest of them were very slow, and even wanted me to come for seminar as a part of job interview. Professor Lee suggested me to wait longer for a better offer, but I didn't want to worry about future too much. After I said yes everything was taken care of by UNLV. Japan? I don't see any problem with japan. They have good technology and reputation. I heard that you might work at germany. That is good too. US is also not a bad idea. You are always invited.
