Senior Engineer is for the fresh PhD. On average there is <5% annual salary increase which includes the general inflation. As your reference, 3 years ago, the president of QCT, Sanjay Jha's anual salary was ~300K. I would imagine that there are many VP's under 200K anual salary. Other benefits (insurance etc.) is pretty much similar to other US companies. You can also see that the acceptance ratio is one out of 60s. Qualcomm is not a stupid company to pay $200K for a new hire simply because he/she is 10 year experience. |
